Returns/Exchanges

We take great care to ensure our swimwear fits well and most importantly, makes you feel confident and beautiful. We want you to be 100% excited with your SEPTEMBER suit but if you’re not, we accept returns and exchanges that comply with our policy within 7 days of delivery. 

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to our customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact customer service immediately, otherwise we are not liable.

  • We are a small business with limited inventory therefore if it doesn't work out please let us know within 7 days of receiving your purchase. We will gladly refund or exchange your full-price purchase

  • All items discounted 20% or more, and/or noted as FINAL SALE in the item description or in sales promotion are not eligible for return or exchanges. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our refund policy
  • Returns must be received within 14 days of delivery
  • Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, unused
  • All tags must be attached and packaging in its original condition, including the protective hygiene seal
  • WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SWIMSUITS THAT HAVE DEODORANT MARKS, CREAMS OR STAINS OF ANY KIND. NO EXCEPTIONS. THIS IS A BASIC HYGIENE 101.
  • Anything returned after 14 days of delivery, will not be eligible for refund or store credit
  • If we receive the item after 7 days after issuing the RA it will be returned to you
  • Any unclaimed packages that are returned to us will be issued a store credit, but we do not offer refunds on unclaimed packages
  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS

EXCHANGES:

  • We accept all exchanges of items in their original condition - unworn, unwashed and unused within 14 days of delivery
  • Please visit our Exchange Portal in initiate an exchange
  • We do not offer exchanges on International orders
  • We will refund your shipping on the original order, so you don’t have to pay for shipping twice
  • Please note, the cost to ship back the original item is the responsibility of the customer
  • Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to process from the date we receive the item. We will refund the value of the item in your original form of payment

RETURNS:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged/defective when you received it. 

  • Please go to our Return Portal to initiate a return
  • Place item(s) in secure packaging and tape securely. For your safety, we recommend sending via a trackable and insured method so that the carrier will refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse. We are not responsible for loss of item or damage in shipping
  • Post within 7 days of the date you received the package
  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 days of receiving the returned garments. Shipping costs will not be refunded

INTERNATIONAL SALES POLICY:

Due to high shipping costs, we are not able to cover the cost of outbound shipping for exchanges on International orders.

Please note the following Return Policy Guidelines:

  • We gladly accept returns for store credit only or exchanges when received in original condition: new, unused, unwashed, free of deodorant stains, with tags and hygienic liners in place.
  • Please be sure to obtain a tracking number with your return to ensure proof of delivery.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customer pays for return shipping on exchanges or credit store
  • Outbound exchange item shipping is charged to customer
  • All sales are final on sale items

We hold the right to deny refunds or exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet the return policy requirements.

If this occurs, you will be liable for shipping the item back to you.
